Winning designs will be showcased at the Rainforest World Crafts Bazaar 2010!
The Rainforest World Crafts Bazaar T-shirt design competition is now in its third year, and Crafthub Sdn. Bhd., managers of this growing event, have chosen the RWCB 2010 T-shirt designs.
Budding designers from all tertiary colleges in Kuching were invited to submit their entries to the competition.
What it Means to be One of the Winning Designers
- The Winning Designers receive a prize of RM500 each.
- The Winning Designers will be publicized at the RWCB2010, on the Crafthub website and in other media as considered appropriate by Crafthub Sdn. Bhd.
- The winning designs will be printed on T-shirts and on other items as considered appropriate by Crafthub Sdn. Bhd.
This competition was open to students currently enrolled at tertiary colleges in Kuching.
The Results
There were 20 design entries submitted, and 2 entrants were selected to win an award of RM 500 each.
They are:
- Tang Sing Moi - UNIMAS
- Daud Bin Bujang - Wawasan Open University
The Prizegiving
The winning designers were presented with their awards by Datuk Gramong Juna, Chairman of the Sarawak Crafts Council, at a ceremony held on 29 April 2010 at the SCC Round Tower.

T-shirts bearing the winning designs will be manufactured during May/June 2010 and will be on sale at the RWCB 2010.
